Finite Element Analysis

Prototyping

CNC & Fabrication

For larger or specialist fabrication needs, we work closely with a network of trusted local suppliers we’ve built strong relationships with over the years. This ensures consistently high-quality components and finishes, whether we’re producing a single part or scaling up to full manufacture.

Assembly & Finishing

We work closely with a trusted network of local suppliers to offer a wide range of high-quality finishes, from powder coating and anodising to custom plating and treatments.

We take pride in assembling as much of our production work as possible in-house, ensuring every component meets our quality standards and fits together exactly as intended. Our hands-on approach allows for thorough checks and smooth integration between mechanical, electrical, and digital elements.

When required, our teams can also assemble and install products on-site, whether it’s street furniture, engineered systems or complex installations.

Production Runs

We have extensive experience managing long-term production runs, whether for complete products or specialised mechanical and electrical components. Our team understands the demands of consistent, high-volume manufacturing and is committed to delivering quality at every stage.

Our dedicated supply chain team works closely with both clients and our in-house production staff to ensure every product is built on schedule, to spec, and with the level of precision our clients expect. From prototyping to repeat production, we maintain rigorous quality control and clear communication throughout.

New Product Development
